This year, Morguard proudly celebrates 50 years of leadership, innovation, and growth in the real estate industry.
In July 2024, Morguard hosted a webinar with RTS (Recycle Smart) on proper recycling guidelines and why tenant waste matters. This was offered to all Ottawa sites, and along with it, our teams in Ottawa launched property Green Teams to increase tenant involvement in sustainability issues and initiatives.

Morguard is proud to announce that all four of our Mississauga City Centre office properties have received 2024 BOMA Certificate of Excellence! 33, 55, 77, and 201 City Centre Drive have passed BOMA International’s rigorous certification program.
Recently, Penn West Plaza - East and West Towers, achieved WiredScore Gold certifications. Located in Calgary, the buildings earned this achievement with a score of 96.
